TRE stands for Tension & Trauma Release Exercises. A series of gentle and adaptable exercises that assist the body in re-activating it's natural tremoring response which allows the body to release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma.
I am currently training to be a certified provider in TRE and need to practise with cients for my course.
